2D Plot Plan Markup

What is Advanced Work Packaging?
Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) is a disciplined, planned execution process for capital projects, developed by the Construction Industry Institute (CII) with the Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA). It aligns Engineering, Procurement, and Construction around one shared plan — starting construction sequencing early, instead of bringing construction in at the end.

Constraint Management — the Discipline That Ties It Together
A constraint is anything that must be resolved before a work package can be safely and efficiently executed — Engineering, Materials, Equipment, Permits, Safety, or Construction Readiness. AWP tracks every constraint against its CWP until it's Cleared, so field crews are never handed work they can't complete.
